Our Promise

We stand behind every product we make. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.

14-Day Return Window

You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be in their original packaging and unused (sealed containers only). Opened supplements cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at connect@mushies.app with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
